How I Work in Coaching
Project-based coaching is a process with a clear beginning, measurable progress, and a specifically defined outcome. This is the format in which I work with my clients.
-
You define what you want to achieve.
-
I ask the questions that help you find your own answers.
-
We meet once every three weeks.
-
The most important work happens between sessions — when you take action and build new habits.
-
We use personalized tools to track progress and ensure measurable results.
How I Work in Lectures
-
My lectures are structured thinking frameworks.
-
I offer ways of thinking that continue to work long after the event ends.
-
Participants leave with clear concepts and practical techniques they can apply immediately — in meetings, in moments of pressure, and in their daily professional environment.
Who I Work With
-
Athletes who want to strengthen themselves mentally, not only physically.
-
People in transition — a new job, career shift, or next professional step.
-
Ambitious individuals who know where they want to go but do not yet see the path.
Movement forward is not a matter of motivation.
It is a matter of skill, structure, and consistency.
