Data we process: identification and contact details; scheduling/payment data related to coaching; working notes necessary for the coaching process.

2) Purposes & Legal Bases

• Contract performance – booking management, delivering coaching sessions/programs, service-related communication, invoicing.

• Legitimate interest – process maintenance, fraud prevention, protection of rights/claims, internal reporting.

• Legal obligation – accounting and tax compliance.

• Email marketing – only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3) Recipients/Processors

We use trusted processors under data processing agreements and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs):
Payment processor: myPOS.
Accounting provider: licensed accounting company.
Calendar/video/cloud: Google (Workspace/Drive/Meet), Zoom, Calendly.
Hosting & website: Wix.
Access is limited to what is necessary. We do not sell personal data.

4) Retention

We keep data as required by the purpose and the law, e.g.:

• Accounting records – under applicable accounting law.

• Copies of visual notes, if stored digitally – up to 12 months.

• Operational records – for a reasonable period needed to protect rights and accountability (unless longer retention is legally required).

5) Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (where applicable).

6) International Transfers

When a provider is located outside the EEA (e.g., features of Wix/Google/Zoom/Calendly), transfers rely on SCCs and additional technical and organisational safeguards.

7) Security

We implement appropriate measures: role-based access, endpoint protection, strong passwords/2FA, encrypted channels, and processor agreements.

8) Minors

Services are intended for adults. For minors we require written parental/guardian consent and a contract.

Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
