These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website coachdanny.coach and the terms for requesting and performing coaching services.

1. Definitions

"Coach" – Daniel Dimitrov ("Coach Danny")
"Client" – Any natural or legal person who makes an inquiry, booking, or uses a service.
"Site" – www.coachdanny.coach and its subpages.
"Service" – Individual coaching sessions and programs (3/6/9 sessions), provided online or in person.

2. Nature of the Service (Important)

Coaching is not:

Psychotherapy
Medical counseling
Legal counseling
Financial counseling

Coaching does not replace these services. If necessary, the Coach may recommend working with another specialist.

3. Bookings and Contract

3.1. Bookings are made via the website forms or by email.

3.2. The contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the booking and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3.3. For minors, written parental/guardian consent and a signed contract are mandatory.

4. Format and Schedule

4.1. Format: Online (Zoom/Google Meet) or In-person (Sofia, 2 Gurgulyat Str.).

4.2. Session Duration: ~45 minutes (unless agreed otherwise).

4.3. Working Language: Bulgarian or English.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. Prices are in EUR/BGN, as specified on the "Pricing" page.

5.2. Payment Methods:

5.2.1. Online Sessions: The Client shall pay the full amount in advance via bank transfer or Revolut no later than 12 hours before the session starts.
5.2.2. In-person Sessions: The Client shall pay a deposit of 45€ (88.01 BGN) via bank transfer or Revolut no later than 24 hours before the session starts. Upon payment of the deposit, the Coach confirms the appointment. The remaining balance of 105€ (205.36 BGN) is payable on-site at the Coach’s office immediately after the session, by card or in cash.

5.3. Invoices are issued upon request. Individual terms may apply to corporate clients.

5.4. Payment provider/bank fees are not included unless stated otherwise.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – Distance Contracts

6.1. For consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of its conclusion (online booking) without giving any reason.

6.2. How to exercise this right: Send an email to contact@coachdanny.coach or use the standard withdrawal form (Annex B).

6.3. If the service begins at your explicit request before the 14-day period expires:

Full performance: The right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Partial performance: A proportional amount is due for the services already rendered (including completed sessions and fees under Section 7).

6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-shows

7.1. Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the session:

No fee.
Rescheduling possible within 60 days.

7.2. Cancellation < 24 hours or No-show:
A fee of 30% of the price (€45 / 88.01 BGN) applies.
Alternative: A credit may be issued at the Coach’s discretion.

7.3. Programs/Packages: In case of partial use, the value of completed sessions is calculated at the single-session rate + applicable fees under Section 7.2.

7.4. Lateness:
Up to 15 minutes: The session ends at the originally scheduled time.
Over 15 minutes: The Coach may cancel the session as a "No-show."

8. Complaints and Non-compliance

8.1. In case of proven non-compliance (e.g., session not held due to Coach’s fault, significant shortening of duration without rescheduling, technical defects on the Coach’s side, or breach of confidentiality), your rights are:

Re-performance/Correction within a reasonable timeframe.
Proportional price reduction (if re-performance is impossible).
Partial refund (if the above are not applicable).

Important: Subjective dissatisfaction with the experience/result does not constitute non-compliance.

8.2. Complaints must be sent to: contact@coachdanny.coach. Response time: 14 days.

8.3. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available via the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP).

9. Client Obligations

Accuracy of provided data;
Timely payment;
Respectful behavior;
Compliance with the agreed schedule and online etiquette.

10. Confidentiality and Personal Data

The Coach maintains confidentiality according to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy: www.coachdanny.coach/privacy

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, graphics, logos) is the property of "Coach Danny." Materials provided during coaching are for the Client's personal use only and may not be shared or republished without written consent.

12. Online Services and Technical Requirements

The Client is responsible for: Stable internet, camera/microphone, and a suitable environment. Interruptions due to local technical issues may require rescheduling at the Coach's discretion.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (Force Majeure). Performance is postponed for the duration of the event.

14. Liability

The Coach is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from a third party's false identification as the Client.

Disclaimer: The Coach does not guarantee specific results. The Client’s success depends on their own determination, commitment, and implementation of the guidance received. The Coach is not liable for any damages resulting from the services provided.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

Applicable Law: Bulgarian Law.
Disputes: To be resolved through mutual agreement; otherwise, by the competent court. Mediation is available.
