  • Focused on your goals and progress.

Data we DO NOT collect:

  • We do not collect medical data;

  • We do not collect data regarding race, religion, or political beliefs;

  • We do not track location without your knowledge.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

3.1. Performance of a Contract (Art. 6, para. 1, b. "b" of GDPR)

  • Receiving and managing bookings;

  • Conducting coaching sessions and programs;

  • Communication regarding the service;

  • Issuing invoices and payment documents.

3.2. Legal Obligation (Art. 6, para. 1, b. "c" of GDPR)

  • Accounting and tax reporting;

  • Statutorily required reports to the National Revenue Agency (NAP) and other authorities.

We work only with reliable providers who process data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC):

5. Data Transfers Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

When a provider is located outside the EEA (Google, Zoom, Calendly, Wix), the transfer is carried out based on:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission;

  • Additional technical and organizational data protection measures.

Our services are intended for adults (18+ years). For work with minors, the following are required:

  • Written consent from a parent/guardian;

  • A contract signed by the parent/guardian;

  • Presence of a parent/guardian during sessions (where applicable).
