It’s not about how to “stop.” It’s about how to continue — in a new way. How we will work: • Identity off the field. Who are you when sport is no longer the center of your life? How to build a new direction without losing yourself. • Passing on experience. How to turn your years of experience into a legacy — mentor, coach, leader in the club. How to pass on to the young what no one has passed on to you. • A new rhythm, without destructive habits. How to fill the void after the adrenaline is over — without gambling, without alcohol, without bad decisions. • Financial stability. How to create a money plan that works after your career ends.
