When a relationship ends, life doesn't stop. But sometimes you stop. The breakup is a fact. The decision is made. But in your head... ... you're still analyzing what went wrong. ... you're still looking for answers to "why". ... you still feel like you can't move on. The problem isn't that the past is painful. The problem is that it takes up the entire present. Do you recognize yourself? After the end of a relationship: • Stuck in analysis. You're thinking about what went wrong, what could have been different, what was your fault. • You don't see a direction. You know you have to "move on", but you don't know what that looks like. • You feel stuck. Time passes, but you're not moving forward. It's like you're stuck between "ex" and "next". • Lack of energy for a new beginning. You want to move on with your life, but you feel like there’s no room for new things. This is not weakness. It’s a normal reaction to loss. But if you don’t make room for the future, the past will continue to occupy it. This program is about creating space — not repairing the past. “Heart Space” is a coaching program for people who are ready to leave the “ex” behind and make room for the “next.” It’s not about analyzing the past. It’s about building the future. How we’ll work: • From “why” to “how.” • Clear goals, concrete actions. • Focus on your resources • Personalized plan Who is it for: • People who have experienced the end of a relationship and want to move on • People who are "stuck" in analyzing the past and do not see a direction • People who want to create space for new beginnings Important: The program is not therapy and does not replace psychological help. It is suitable for people who are ready to focus on the future, not on processing trauma. If you are still processing acute pain, therapy is more suitable. Format: 📅 6 sessions × 45 minutes 🌐 Online (Zoom) or in person (Sofia) ⏱️ Duration: 5-6 months When you stop looking for answers about the past, you can create answers for the future.
